Styled Shoot

Akasha Asylum (Samantha’s alter-ego name) and I had been planning to shoot together for a long time.  Her avant garde, alternative approach to styling and modelling really appealed to me, and I knew it would be a great test of my photography and retouching skills!

Considering the downpour and high winds during our short 2 hour shoot at a derelict, open church in London, I’m so pleased with the outcome!

I’m working again with Akasha in January and I’m already counting down the days …

  1. Lovely images Richard. My sister has been nagging me for ages to come down to London and shoot in the derelict churches.

Really like the image with Samantha throwing her arms up and the ravens/crows in the sky – think I saw it on Purpleport as well – really excellent image
